You'll still have to go through the gallery in sketchbook app to open it the first time. tiff files from your phone and drag them to the folder you made on your desktop. On your desktop, make a new folder(right click) and open it. Resize the window so you computer see your desktop. You should be able to find the autodesk>sketchbooks3 file fairly easily. Find your phone listed on the side, pick it. This works similar to the "my files" app on your phone. If you don't know where it is there should be a search option in or near your start menu. Then you need to open the "file explore". Some kind of allow message, just hit yes or ok. You should see a pop up on the pc/laptop. Connect your phone to the device using the USB cable. I only know how to do this with windows, but you can make a copy on a pc or laptop. Then you can find the file on the second device by going to "my files">internal storage>downloads. You'll probably have to hit accept on the device your copying to. Then when you get to the copy step, just pick share instead. You can share the file to another phone or tablet using bluetooth. Just make the copy, hit the back button at the top until you see the sdcard option, pick that and hit copy there. If you have an SD card in your phone, you can save backup copies there. For instance you can open "my files" app, pick internal storage, and create the folder folder there. You can create your backup folder in other places. To use the backup, open the app, go to gallery, hit the plus sign, new from image, my files, internal, autodesk, sketchbook3, backup, pick the file you need. Tap your "backup" folder, hit "copy here". You should see something at the bottom of your screen. Once you've selected what you want to copy, hit copy I selected one file, it has the yellow dot with the check mark. You can also pick multiple files by selecting one, then just tapping other individual files. You should be able to pick multiple files by pressing, holding, and then sliding your finger down over the other files. The new folder will appear in your sketchbook3 folder. The easiest would be to create a new folder, and copy your. Now you have several options for creating backups. You should see a few folders, then bunch of files that end in. If you open that, you should see something that says internal drive. I haven't used a note 10, but its android, so I'll guess its called."my files". Ok, there's a few different ways to create backup copies outside the app.įirst you'll need to find the file manger on the app. I love this program and i really dont want to switch, but with how this is going and it keeping to happen even after i both reseted, and reinstuled the app.
